"From the time I found out about FCP Euro. I have love their web sites user friendly ease of use. The warranty is second to none. If you plan to keep your car as long as I do, the cost savings can be enormous. So far everything I have purchased fit like OEM. I have not had the chance to see how long or how many miles the parts will last. Time will tell. Customer service is job one with FCP Euro. They are always checking up on your orders to make sure you are satisfied. I hope this company keeps their policies. The only thing that would make it better is price matching. Then I would buy all my parts for my Euro fleet from FCP Euro. As an avid car collector. Most of the cars we get parts for are garage queens and used to replace worn parts to keep our collectors up to new condition when driving them to show. There are several that are daily drivers and FCP Euro has made maintaining these cars easy. I am fortunate enough to have a mechanic which allows me to use customer supplied parts for the jobs I cannot tackle myself. He is very surprised at the cost of the parts I am able to obtain from FCP Euro. Perhaps FCP Euro can expand their business to include Mechanic shops and offer the same warranty they do for the DIY person. "

"Followed their website to buy a pair of 034motorsport motor mounts for my V8 Audi s5. Cost for 2 mounts $363. The parts I ordered were parts per the part numbers on their website. Dropped off my car at my mechanic to do the repair. This swap involves dropping the full engine cradle so it isn't a simple and cheap job. Long story short - FCP's website is wrong, mechanic installs the parts but because one of the mounts is incorrect the engine cradle crushes the wires. Bunch of warning lights turn on the car due to the wires being smashed and grounding out. After another day of of labor, the shop figures out that the passenger mount is for the v6 convertible version of this car - about 1/4" in height different. Now it is 2 days before Christmas and I call FCP since the shop shuts down for several days. FCP helped and shipped me the correct part fedex overnight no charge and I was able to get my car done right before the shop closed. So now the bills show up - $450 in labor X2 (900$ out of my pocket) due to having to install the parts twice. Call FCP - after multiple discussions I ship the damaged mount and my receipts to FCP. Finally get a negotiatedrefund for $176 for the one wrong part and I have to eat the balance of the labor cost for their incorrect website. And it took multiple calls to get this fixed and the $176 returned. Kudos to Ralph for putting up with me - he was courteous and mediated this to he best of his ability). Do yourself a favor and just buy the parts from the original manufacturer. No willingness to cover my cost and expenses due their incorrect information. So now I'm out $275 due to your poor quality website and your management's process for doing your customer right when it was your mistske. Won't be doing business with you again. Will also will be vocal with my Audi club members - pretty confident that you will lose way more than $275 in business due to this. Could have handled this in a professional manner and won over an upset customer - now you fave a vocal advocate of not purchasing from a you again..."
