"This company is not reputable: The order consisted of 5 items totaling over $9000. Items were slow arriving and came in 2 deliveries from Epes Freight. The first order had a Kitchen Aid dish washer, KUDM03FTSS and Bosch KWD3050UC Warming Drawer that was damaged. This is about $2000 in damage. As of today, April 13th these 2 items have not been replaced or repaired. Tried to contact Cory, the warranty section, and only received email traffic explaining what is being done. They refuse to talk by telephone and now there is not even an email. They told me to contact a company called Bullock Appliances at ***-***-**** for repair of the warming drawer. That was on 10 March 2009 and after repeated phone calls they have yet to pick up the item as instructed. Now the telephone number for FFEMAX comes up invalid. We are out the price of these 2 items."

"Buyer Beware!!!! Terrible Company!!! Terrible Service!!! This is a typical internet scam company as they operate under mulitiple company names, i.e., Electronics Avenue, FFEMax, etc. Ordered a trim kit for a microwave with specific instructions I would not accept a backorder as I needed the trim kit to finish a new home construction. Trim kit never showed up although the tracking feature of their website indicated it was in stock and was being shipped. Gizzela (a supervisor) indicated the order was never placed although it showed being on their shipping dock. Since that last verbal contact of almost one month ago they will not respond. All the phone numbers go directly to a voice mail you can not reach a live person. They never call back or respond to e-mails!!! Will be filing a complaint with the credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. If you chose to do business with them don't be suprised when you get burned!!!"
