As I had not seen these stools in person, I went ahead and bought them as the photo looked like they would fit well. When they arrived, the color was off. They are a dark gray versus a light gray. I emailed them to get an RMA number (as clearly noted in their return policy). I have not heard back from anyone other than to offer me 50.00 to keep them. I have sent over half a dozen emails and no reply. I called their customer service number but it is an incorrect phone number."
