"I will have to think twice before using this service again. I used it a week prior and it went great. The person was there to accept it and love the arrangement. This time the arrangement was left outside in the heat and the blazing sun and if the neighbor had not seen it being delivered, it would’ve perished. Totally inappropriate and extremely poor service in the summer in the kind of heat we have all experienced over the last several weeks. Very very disappointing. They never called my goddaughter to let her know that it had been left on the front porch."
