Chocolates were a bonus for her. The flowers were shipped as opposed to being delivered from a florist. So, they didn't come with a vase as pictured. Which I thought the vase was included. And, because of being shipped they arrived a bit warm so, they didn't last very long. So, I wish there was a way to know how they would be delivered (to know if from a florist or just box shipped) when ordering. If there was a way, I didn't see it. That is why I only gave 4 stars. "

"I was very happy with the flower arrangement that I ordered for my mom. It was beautiful and she was thrilled with it. However, their delivery confirmation process needs improvement. I got an email first thing that morning saying that the order had been delivered when, in fact, it had not. I tried calling, and after several frustrating attempts finally reached a customer service agent who told me that the arrangement would be delivered in a few hours. I don’t know why they send a confirmation of delivery when the order has not actually been delivered. They could save themselves a lot of phone calls, if they fixed that "
