"I tried to place an order for 30 tulips on 5/8/24, #60347328392 which were on sale on-line at 25% and should be $48.75. I asked for the credit I had been given of $17.14 to be applied meaning a total of $31.61 plus taxes and the agent (Jerome) never understood my explanation and the math. He eventually placed an order for only 15 tulips charging me $35.08. When I got the tulips, there were only 15. Jerome changed the order to only 15 tulips, not my order for 30 tulips. The 15 were $50 minus $17.14, plus taxes for a total of $35.08. I am totally unhappy with what transpired. I expected to get the online discount plus the credit I had earned. Please make this right and a coupon for $15 off doesn't make it right because the agent today said I cannot use it with an online discount, the is not a customer oriented practice, it's baiting and misleading. As a Plus member for many years this is not what I expect from FTD. I wait for a prompt and appropriate reply and rectification of this misunderstanding. Many thanks, Linda Miller

"I bought tulips for Mother's day. The first 2 days they were droopy. They perked up and a day later they started to lose their petals. They lasted less than a week. They were pretty for about 2 days. I spent $75 on flowers and they were pretty for 2 days. That's not good. I will never buy again!"
