I finally realized that the small tabletop 12x12 arrangement that was all pink was supposed to be from us. It was pretty but not what I had ordered and I paid over $200 for it. I called FTD and they refunded half the money but that couldn't make up for the embarrassment and anger we felt at our little brother's funeral. It was supposed to be a tribute to him. "
