They made NO ATTEMPT to actually *DELIVER* the item to the addressed recipient (whose apartment number absolutely *WAS* on the order receipt (and presumably also address label). DISAPPOINTING! Fortunately, a kind building neighbor eventually saw the package and walked it upstairs to complete actual delivery to the addressed gift recipient. "
