"The product delivered seems to be acceptable, but the delivery promises are disappointing. This is the second time within a few months ( 2 outa 2 ) that delivery was pushed back a day from the promise made at the point of submitting the order. Obviously all florists, including this one, are aware of the impact their product can have as acknowledgment of certain life events in people's life. That's why they are in business and what they rely on. Well, when a product is NOT delivered at the moment it would have it's most positive emotional impact. it borders on having the complete opposite effect. The recipient can feel ignored, abandoned and frequently hurt. Yes, the package will arrive tomorrow... but as life as proven... you can't un-ring a bell... first impressions are the ones people remember. And the recipient will always remember that the SENDER (apparently) fell through the cracks, when in reality, it was the producer. "

However, since they could not do same day, they apologized and refunded me for this charge. They were able to deliver the next day to the hospital and even confirmed the date and time of delivery. My sister thought the arrangement was beautiful. I was happy with how well this order was processed. Great job by the floral shop!"
