When I contacted the company they asked me to take pictures of the bags and I did and they still won't refund my money. My daughters homecoming came and passed and I still don't have her dress. They ruined my daughters homecoming and they didn't refund my money. I am seeking all possible legal actions at this time."

I spent $130 on a dress that never arrived, they keep telling me lies as why they "haven't been able to start making it" because they try to email me and I didn't respond ... all lies .... they won't return your money either. I have emailed them time after time and they send the same pre-written message, I don't think they speak English !!! I'll be happy if I see the dress, but Homecoming for my daughter is long gone, my card was charged, and I haven't seen the dress ! "I purchased a dress online from FAB Homecoming Dresses late September 2012, needing it by September 28th. Service was great they did everything they could to make sure I received the dress on time; which arrived on the 25th of September (just in time for the event scheduled for the 29th of September). When my daughter and I open the package we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the dress was. Usually when you order items online, when it arrives it does not look anything like the online picture (total opposite with this dress). The sizing was perfect according to the size chart provided and my daughter’s measurements. I have nothing bad to say about my first experience with FAB Homecoming dresses; I would highly recommend them to anyone.
