"I have been a VIP member for ten years. My nieces and nephew couldn't it wait for the holidays to come to get their new clothes.
As of late, I have been very disappointed with my orders. I have placed orders only to find out, the product isn't available or only a partial shipment will be sent. It is embarrassing to tell parents to look for a package that isn't coming.
Can anything be done? I am hoping that my grand nephews and niece will get the same excitement that their older relatives did."
