"I purchased a fairly small: 26x20 glass on Nov 2. It arrived on Nov 21. I spoke to somebody about a week before; they told me it was being manufactured, which takes time. I understand that custom sizes take longer than off-the-shelf. Three weeks was no problem...I'm just glad I didn't need it quickly.
The glass arrived shattered. The box was packed beautifully and showed no outward damage, but the glass was in horrible condition. It arrived during a holiday week and I did not open it until 3 days after it arrived. I called them up, and basically got the spiel about 24 hours, blah blah.
NOW TO THEIR DEFENSE: I did NOT have to argue or threaten anyone with going on social media. I spoke nicely and firmly that their policy is unacceptable to me. They said they would call me back once I sent them photos of the glass. I did, and Jiya Lillybeth called me back and said they would honor a replacement with no extra charge to me, however, I SHOULD have read the 24 agreement. Fine. The new glass arrived a few days ago in perfect condition. I found Jiya to be very understanding and a pleasure to deal with.
NOW, HERE'S THE THING: THEY HAVE TO CHANGE THEIR PACKAGING TECHNIQUE. FOAM AND CARDBOARD ARE OBVIOUSLY NOT CUTTING IT. BASED ON THE REVIEWS HERE, THIS ISSUE IS ENDEMIC TO THEIR SHIPPING.
PUTTING A "GLASS" STICKER ON THE BOX USED TO MEAN SOMETHING. THE GORILLAS WHO DRIVE THE TRUCKS NOWADAYS DON'T GIVE A S--T!
ALSO...WHY THE 24 HOUR DROP-DEAD TIMEFRAME FROM THE TIME OF DELIVERY? PEOPLE ARE BUSY. HOW ABOUT 72 HOURS? WHAT ARE THEY GAINING FROM THIS EXCEPT BAD FEELINGS, HEADACHES FOR THEMSELVES AND THE CUSTOMERS?
I give them 4 stars because they did right by me. The whole deal from the time I ordered the original, to the time I received the new piece was about 7 weeks. A shorter turn-around, and I may have given 5 stars."

"I ordered a product on July 4th 2020 no updates for 3 weeks only after several repeated calls attempts did I get somebody who told me it was going to be shipped out that week which then took an additional 2 weeks. I received the item and the cut was too small based on their instructions online a says to order 1/8 th of an inch shorter To compensate for the + or - 1 1/6th of an inch difference. Well I did that and I came even shorter. Had I known that they would so cut it shorter I would not have went within recommendations I tried to return it they told me well sorry to bed we will change the website to help out another person but not me they just want your money and don't care about what happens don't go with this company."
"I inquired about an order I placed via email and did not receive even a confirmation of my inquiry. I followed up by phone and was told by a very snippy female that my inquiring was under review. Over a week later, I had to call again for the final result. They'd come to a decision, but hadn't bothered to let me know what it was! The item I ordered was not square... it fell within their 1/16" +/- measurement, but that's pretty sloppy work in my opinion. The item should have been square. Not at all impressed. "
"First, most importantly, the product looks great and arrived without issue. Which is why I am leaving 5 stars.
That said, where they can improve is...
a. Their order tracking is practically non-existent.
b. They have this condition where if there are any issues with your product you must call within **2 hours** of receiving the package to get a refund or replacement. The only way I was informed of this policy was a small sign on the package itself. That's right, nothing on the product page, nothing in the order confirmation, nothing mentioned by the customer service representatives. So basically, as a new customer, the only way to know about this is if you happen to be home when the package arrives and it's you who is signing for it. Otherwise you are SOL. The execution of the policy seems to be designed in a way that people won't be able to take advantage of it. So poorly executed at best, unethical at worst.
