"Horrible customer service.

They charged our credit card and sent us an order when we did not place an order and in fact, had never heard of this company. We are not sure how they obtained our credit card number nor our name and shipping address other than it may have been fraud on their part.

When we contacted them, they were less than helpful and we had to file a fraud claim with our credit card company."
