"Terrible experience! my son has congenital heart disease and relys on a pulse oximeter to monitor levels of oxygen in his blood. we ordered one from facelake and it has not even turned on for us. after consulting them through emails that have taken forever to get back to me they say that i have to pay return shipping on the defective product! they have been of NO help and i would not recommend this website to anyone for a definite lack in customer service. products are reasonably priced...but who is to say you'll get one that works?"
