"They charged me twice for the same item and when I will call them no one knew what was going on my item never got shipped out and when I asked why it wasn’t shipped out to me they said there was a hold and they didn’t know why but they will send it that same day but never did!"

"Whenever we made our purchase, it qualified for a free item (a tape measure). Tracking information was provided a day or two after the order was confirmed. We assumed it was for the complete order. We were very surprised and concerned when all that showed up was the tape measure (~ $15 value)...and our $350 item was nowhere to be found. My husband called the next morning and was told that it was scheduled for delivery that day. We got home...and no delivery. He called back the next morning and was told that it was scheduled for delivery that day. This time he made sure to get a tracking number from them. The package did get delivered that day but there was never ANY tracking information emailed to us or any communications that the two items were coming in different packages.

As far as the item itself - a Milwaukee impact driver combo kit - it is just fine and exactly what my husband wanted. It was packaged well and he's already had the opportunity to use it and is quite happy with it.
