I have a new parts supplier for my 2006 dodge ram 2500 project."

"Ordered parts on 9-25-23. When ordered online it said should arrive in 2 days and this dealership is about 1.5 hours from my house. Email shortly after order says they will ship in 3-5 days. Email gave a phone number or reply to this message with any concerns. I sent 2 emails on 9-26 asking if it was going to take 3-5 days and never got a response. I ordered from another dealership on 9-26 that is 3 states away and they shipped it the same day. So on 9-27 emailed with request to cancel order because I could not wait 3-5 days to ship and had already ordered from another source, again no response. Item from 2nd order showed up on 9-29, installed part and put car back on the road. On 10-2 received message from this dealership notifying me that item has shipped. I did not bother trying to return item and will not order from this dealership in the future. Availability on their website is not accurate and they don't respond to messages. Save yourself the headache and order from somewhere else."
