"Finding parts for a 16yr old vehicle (w/o resorting to eBay) is a study in frustration. Thankfully, y'all had the part that I needed, at a price that didn't make me flinch *too* hard. :) Just kidding, the pricing+shipping was within $10 of what the other sites were offering for the wrong part, so this is working out much better for me.

It would have remained a 5 star review, if the promise of communication had been speedier. When, after 14 days, I hadn't seen my order status change from "received" to "processing/shipped/anything-else", l dropped a quick note to the contact email address asking for a status update.

The next day, I received a response as well as emails advising me that the order had shipped, so things all worked out.

My impression is that the fulfillment process was churning along merrily, but the customer notification process burped. All in all, it was a success story, but the communication gap had me looking up the chargeback procedure for my card before Things Worked Out. I've examined/test the part and all seems to be kosher, once more."
