"I love your prices and quality of merchandise but you "do not" wrap each item to prevent from breaking. Some items are surely to be received BROKEN because your packers just throw them in a box with NO Packing materials or even wrap individually..thus items are sure to be received "broken"! I spend a lot on fairies and other companies are great about wrapping their merchandise and checking to make sure each item is also, not broken before or during shipment..I decided to give FDC 1 more chance to see if they have changed their packing practices.
