The price on this log kit is unbeatable!
I received all items promptly.
Unfortunately, the wrong hose was sent.
No problem. These things happen.
This is when I find out that there Customer Service has much room for improvement.
With it being 20º outside, this is the perfect time for this kit. FBD would not send me the correct hose kit until the other one was returned, which was a long process. For expediency, I offered to buy the correct kit and they could credit the return But then they said I would have to pay the full price of shipping. No thanks! Meanwhile, I was placed on hold for a minimum of 25 minutes. I ended up disconnecting. I bought on December 23rd. I am still waiting for correct hose. Let's just hope after it is installed that the log kit works. VERY DISAPPOINTED on something that could have been a quick fix!"
