"Ordered 4 of the 16" x 25" x 5" merv 13 filters. Received 16x25x4" filters with a white label over the actual size trying to passs them off as the larger filters. I measured them and they were clearly NOT what I ordered. Returned them and won't purchase from this company again."

"I've ordered from 2 other on-line suppliers before and I must say that FDF would take 3rd place if I compare to the other 2. Sure I saved like 5 dollars, but let me describe my experience. Placed the order online, 6 filters, standard size 16x25x1, merv11, nothing really special about them. After 4 days of no response to my order, I decided to send an email to customer service. Next day got a response "your order will process today". Waited for normal ground shipping time (that's ok) and they showed up at my door. All 6 filters had a crushed corner of the frame in the same place with no shipping box damage and showed up in a box made for 12 filters with no filler packing to take up the void. So my conclusion is that they are slow on the order processing time and have a medium level of quality control with the product that ships out the door. Other than the crushed corners, the filter material and construction is on par with the others I have purchased. By the way, I'm an HVAC professional and I have seen many filters with crushed corners, it happens very often. But the other 2 suppliers I ordered from were not damaged. So like I said, FDF gets the bronze medal. "
