"Worst online buying experience ever. 1) Very slow delivery 2) Very poor customer service 3) Very Poor return policy - If you ship something back to them it goes to China so returns are very expensive and they will only reimburse you 10% of the shipping charge. 4) When you use their website to register a complaint with your purchase, the typed response comes back from someone who barely knows the written language and at times, it appeared as if they did not even read/understand the complaint. Extremely frustrating!!!! 5) The product (Motorola Bluetooth wireless stereo headphones) was advertised as new but what was shipped to me did not work and had no operating instructions. I went on line to down load the operating instructions from the manufacture's website and the product did not even respond to user input the way the instructions said it would. 6) Right now, their website is down so they may even be out of business which would not surprise me."

"I made an order, then I wanted to cancel it. They would not let me cancel, saying that it was a game and I should have read the rules. WHAT RULES. Now I am stuck with something (which I have not received, but was shipped) I do not want or need. This place is a rip off. They have posted on my Facebook page and I didn't like them anywhere. "I recieved some electronic product yesterday through DHL delivery from "PickEgg.com" that I did not order. I checked my credit card and somebody named Fadbus.com has charged $260.00 worth of products I did not order.

They got my name, address, and credit card #, however the telephone number they listed as mine on the invoice was the local Radio Shack number."

"I was very skeptical when I ordered as I have seen some bad reviews, plus they are located in China. I ordered during the holiday season, so it took them four days to ship out my Express Order. To my surprise, it arrived at my house three days after they shipped it. I accidentally paid twice, and it took them a little while, but they refunded my second payment.
