"Ordered one LCD panel on 11/1/2005. Received an e-mail on 11/10/2005 saying orders were delayed by Hurricane Wilma, and asking if I still wanted my LCD. I confirmed this, so they charged my credit card on 11/16/2005. The charge was from the UK, although the site shows a Miami physical address. Not good. I have e-mailed them several times. Website went out of operation for a while and then came back. On 12/12/2005, they claimed they were going to FedEx the panel the next day. Nothing. On 1/26/2006 I demanded a refund. "Ammar" claims the "card was refunded a long time ago." Of course I checked my statements and found no refunds. My last two e-mails have gone unanswered. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!"

I ordered a LCD dell screen 1/24/2005, so far, the still didn't ship it out, nor give me any explanation or expected date for shipping. I called millions of times, but there always nobody to answer the phone. I emailed for inquiring the shipping informatino. The replied once, and then just never responsed as if they had vanished from the earth. I'm still waiting for my item. BUT STRONLY recommend you not buy from this reseller based on my terrible experience with them."
"I searched all other retailers for an LCD which was not avail. anywhere. Then I sent a request to The Fair Price Shop that if they can arrange a panel especially for me at an extra cost, they especially arranged one panel for me at no extra cost in just 3 days while they requested a one week lead time at the same price,no doubt lower than any one else and the LCD was BRAND NEW, I don't feel any hesitation in saying that no doubt it is "The Best LCD Shop", there name tells everything. "I ordered an LCD from these people, and received no confirmation of order or invoice, except a confirmation of Credit Card payment 4 days after I ordered. I called them up 13 days later still waiting for a shipment that I haven't received and was assured I would receive an email stating when I would receive my order. 4 days later, still waiting I got someone on their live chat, which was having problems. After a few disconnections, I received an email that stated that my order was pending because they needed confirmation on a comparable lcd replacement to be sent to me. Nothing was ever sent to my inbox on this pending status until I went on their live chat 17 days after the order. I asked for my money back, and they immediately did so. I would not recommend these people at all to anyone, especially since I just found another store that would send me the lcd for $50 cheaper, including next day air. The Fair Price Shop would have taken 3-4 days shipping from overseas paying the same amount for shipping."
"I broke my laptop's screen and needed a replacement. Lots of places offered a replacement based on model number, but the part number of the actual display didn't match what I found inside the laptop. Unsure whether the display would be compatible, I searched for the exact part number. Fairpriceshop had the exact model number. Even better, they offered a brand new display instead of a "used pull" for a reasonable price! Fairpriceshop also has a live chat feature which was helpful. Although they are a little disorganized, they were responsive to order status inquiries and delivered my brand new display as advertised. I definitely would recommend them to others seeking replacements, it beats some questionable quality used panel. "

I had a first rate user experience ordering from TFPS (The Fair Price Shop)! I was looking for an affordable LCD re-seller that carried Sony Vaio LCD replacements when I discovered TFPS on eBay where they have been selling replacement screens for a few months as of this review. I researched the feedback from others who closed auctions with them and was relieved to see that other people had excellent things to say about TFPS!
I was really pleased with Mr. Yassir’s service and prompt email responses. I received a tracking number shortly after they were able to verify me (I hadn’t confirmed my identity yet with PayPal, so they held off on processing my order until I was), and the package arrived within three days. I find them to be kind, honest, and very reputable. I would gladly do business with them again.
Cons:
At the time the order was placed, their online ordering page for taking credit card orders was not secure (not using SSL). I used PayPal instead which worked out fine.
Also, I didn’t receive an order number. But the prompt email responses helped me feel comfortable doing business with them.
