"Horrible experience. Item received looks like extremely washed out ugly version of their picture on-line. Would never wesr this rag. Complained and sent them the pictures as proof. Their response in part “For the items you mentioned, is there any chance you can keep it? The international shipping fee is a little expensive and the shipping may be on your side if you start a return. It costs too much to send them back. For the inconvenience, we could offer amazing discount for your next order,ok? Could you accept our sincerity?
Your support and understanding will be highly appreciated.” This is HORRIBLE customer service and we are not interested in keeping this rag and them ordering another potential piece of garbage for an “amazing discount”!

"I needed to return two items that did not fit and while the address that shipped them was a United States address, I read their return policy which stated that returns would not be accepted if items were shipped back to this same address. I contacted their customer service and the message I received was that international shipping would cost too much to ship the items back and I should consider donating them to friends or family. Their return policy did state that the warehouse address would be provided, but this was not the case."
"I placed my first order on December 6th - lots of time to get my shipment by the holiday, so I thought - its the 29th and still no gifts. Very Very poor tracking info and non-existent customer service. Too many good retailers who have good systems and real customer service to waste my time with this 3rd rate company.
Buy from someone else - not worth the stress of wondering if they will ever deliver. I wish I could talk about the quality of the products but I still have not seen it. "
"I bought two items from them. They both came not at all true to size (strangely, in very different ways so apparently their sizing is not predictable, either). The color of one was nothing like the picture of the same color. They were both incredibly boxy (not like the shape of the pictures). And, worst of all, the material of both was AWFUL. I wanted so badly to believe that the inexpensive pricing could still look like the cute pictures – but nope, it's just CHEAP.
I contacted them and they literally had the AUDACITY to ask me to just give them to someone else. And said "can you accept our sincerity as enough?"
I want to puke for giving this company my money."
"Purchased an item online that claimed to be a specific brand. When it arrived it was clear that the item was not as described and was in fact a fake. I immediately contacted customer services only to be told that they would not accept a full return/refund, but instead they offered me 10% of the cost refunded. This site is fraudulent - do not buy from this company."
"The sizes were a size too small, so when you order it’s best to order one size up. Other than that, it was great! They had really great customer service. The staff members are always making sure you’re comfortable, they help you with choosing a dress, and give you advice on which dress is more accurate for you occasion.
