"Faulty product, when I tried to cancel they beat around the bush for way too long before finally giving me an email address I had to send to for a cancellation. What does it say about a service that allows you to sign up online, but you have to email someone to cancel? Feels like trying to hold me hostage by making it so difficult I just forget or give up. An honest company makes it as easy to stop doing business with them as it is to start."

"For starters, the product doesn't work as described or expected. Installed on a Sunday, Monday evening still no updates as to location. No way to view text messages, it just is a horrible application compared to others out there. Then, to make matters worse, I immediately, less than 24 hours, contact them with my dissatisfaction and cancel the subscription and after days...yes days... of going back and forth telling them I want to cancel and refund the money. They refused. Was never able to use the application successfully. They are a fraud."

"What I liked best in Family time is that it lets me remotely lock my kid’s phone from my dashboard with just one click! I was using mamabear before and it only gave me the option to track location and it got stuck whenever I used it. But family time has many new and interesting features. My favorite is the lock phone feature, now when my daughter is studying and it's her bed time I simply lock her phone. No arguing every day and night. I recommend it to all the parents who want to limit their kid’s phone use."

Two things I like most about this app is its SOS alerts and auto check ins and checkouts which I receive whenever they enter and exit places. I think with the payment of couple of bucks I’m getting a lot for locating my family. Well now I can understand why its GPS tracking specs are at hype on social media.
