"I sent them an email asking if they had a gift card that could be sent to an email. I received a response that I could buy one at a store and mail it to their address. Well duh, I knew that but that is not an option. I thought for sure they would have this feature as so many other stores do. Too bad I will just have to use another store to fulfill the need. Sad!!! Another sale lost!!"
"Ordered an item on Nov. 27th to be shipped to store. My account says the item is still processing and hasn't even shipped yet. We are leaving for Christmas on Friday so I guess my daughter won't be getting her Christmas present on time...I emailed customer service twice and have received no response. At this point, I'd rather just cancel the order but can't even get ahold of them. "

"I placed an order on Dec. 5th and had not received any confirmation or information from company, I called customer service and was on hold for 36 minutes. When the representative checked my order she said oh it's backordered. We are going to get some on Thursday. I ask her if my order would get here by Christmas. She said probably not. This was a12 days of Christmas sale? No apologies. My problem with this company other than their ridiculous bad service is their inability to inform consumers in a timely manner that there is an issue with their order."
"I placed an online order. My projected date to receive goods was not met. When I inquired I was told told order had just processed. Two days later after repeated attempts to get a tracking number I was told via phone order had just shipped. It has taken three weeks to receive items. Most of my emails were ingnored and voice messages I left have not returned. They lack customer services for online sales. "
