My order was still "being processed" after a week.
That wasn't the worst part.
I sent 3 order inquiries and 1 email and had NO reply !
AND I paid extra for a quick delivery !

I will never use them again and I DEFINETLY do NOT recommend.
Don't waist your time, there are plenty other trust worthy websites out there. "

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Its a total joke. I ordered on April 21st, (it is now May 12) hasn't been shipped yet, of course credit card was charged the instant the order was made. I have sent an order inquiry 2 weeks ago, still no response. The number they provide does not work. I imagine that I will not get my products and there is no way to cancel the order with them as they don't answer any inquiry or email that you send. This is a BAD site to buy items from. And I will continue to post this review everywhere I can. "

"I ordered corsets from this company in 2013 and I had a great experience. I order again 4 corsets in October 2014 and I am still trying to get either the items or the money back. The same person as one of the reviews here name michelle told me the same she told the other this person my corsets are out of stock. After sending several emails with no answer n trying to call a number that doesn't work at all I got an email saying my items have been send. I paid DHL fast shipping they send it regular shipping even tho it was their mistake. When I got the package I receive 1 corset that I have NOT order at all. I emailed them n Michelle answer asking me for a picture of the item which I had already email her. I'm still waiting for someone to either send the items or the money back.
Worse company online. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! !!"

"customer service is absolutely terrible.It will be a month 2-3 months before I get my shoes and I paid foe expedited shipping. The representatives excuse was that its ;peek season come to find out they didnt have the shoes and asked if i could choose another. I after i did so 2 weeks passed i emailed them asking for the tracking number, Michelle (the representative) decided to tell me that the factory is closed and that they don't have that shoes but the other. These people are not prompt YOU WILL KNOW NOTHING ABOUT OUR ORDER UNTIL YOU REACH THEM.These people are quick to take your money and give every excuse they can about why you don't have your order or what went wrong and they are not prompt at all. Completely unsatisfied."

"I have had a terrible time with FancyLadies over the last month - absolutely horrible experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE IF YOU EXPECT TO GET WHAT IS PHOTOGRAPHED.

FancyLadies make their dresses to 95% likeness to the photographs (I did not know this). I was horrified as a bride on a budget with a short engagement when I received my wedding dress.

First problem - IT WAS YELLOW! A wedding dress symbolizes purity and I cannot wear a yellow dress in front of my family on my wedding day. The customer service girl (Jessie) insisted that it was the correct colour although I am certain that I received it in a shade called "21" on their website.

Second problem - It looked NOTHING like the photograph. I immediately emailed customer service and told them they sent me the wrong dress. They requested picture. I sent them a plethora of photos to which the response was "you look so beautiful on it".

We emailed daily for a month trying to come to a resolution, at which point they told me they would refund me half the cost of the dress unless I shipped it to them. The return shipping for me was $150.00! I asked them to get me their shipping rate and they refused. I asked them to half the shipping expenses with me and they refused.

I paid over $250 dollars when you include shipping, customs and the dress itself. And now I need to buy a new dress. All said and done I got a $80 dollar refund and some $5 off coupons for their website - which I will not be using. "

"I am furious! I received my white dress with what looks like a dirt smudge on it. Then went back and forth numerous times with this company wanting a refund. Having to send them picture after picture where you clearly can see what I was talking about they were not satisfied stating each item is checked and probably happened in shipping. Well guess im just out all my money they arent willing to work with me at all! I cant get it out and cant wear it to my event. They are not helpful at all I will NEVER buy from them again and urge other not to either."

"Seeing it is in Hong Kong I decided against taking a chance. I tried twice to ask them if they would accept return/exchanges or a corset if it did not fit. Twice I got the same exact response telling me how to measure myself for the clothing not once did they answer my question. This coupled with the fact that I am in USA and they are in Hong Kong I decided against giving them a try. Too bad as their prices are not too bad."

"I bought my wedding dress from fancy ladies and returned later to buy my bridesmaid and Flower girl dress. The quality is outstanding for the price and we chose to go with the custom fit option for the adults dresses, they fit perfectly.
My only recommendation is to order them all together or you may find there is some dfference in the dye lot of the fabric."
