"Ok...so the 5 stars represents the customer service i received (i feel i need to comment because i saw such negative reviews online after i purchased). I bought some Chargers glasses and beads for the game. The glasses came on time but the beads never came (even though they said they shipped with the glasses). I did a quick search to find the phone number and saw all these terrible reviews about customer service and figured my money was gone. I sent in an email to their customer service and the next day i got an email from "Jo" who apologized and said she would refund my card. Card refunded the next day...it was so easy. I thanked her and she said "thanks for being a cheery customer...i needed that today." 5/5 customer service...maybe people need to talk to Jo...or maybe they need to be kinder to the people on the other end...i don't know. "

"I bought an item months ago and when I questioned a 28.60 charge I was told it was the buyers club fee of gold them I didn't sign up for that or seen anything about it they have since then taken it out 2 more times . I have called several times stayed on hold for several minutes left voice mails with no response I will be calling the BBB about this and filing a complaint "

I never got confirmation of the cancellation, so I emailed again, this time with no response. I have now been billed $28+ from them and have filed a dispute with my credit card company. "Be very cautious ordering from this site. I ordered two decals for 4.99. This included a "FREE" 20 day trial membership in a VIP Fan Club. I got the decals about three weeks later, about the same time my bank account was charged $28.60 for this membership that I did not want. This is a monthly charge. It took me a full week to get a reply to my E mails and pone calls, requesting to cancel and get a refund. I was able to cancel but told that I couldn't get a refund. So two decals cost me about $34.00, what a deal. There are better places to order sports gear from, that are not as shady. "

"Placed an order on their FB page on 12/3, and to date have not received the order. Numerous emails requesting tracking information and order update yields a canned email stating my receipt but with no supporting order information. The phone number listed is not working, resulting in recorded message from Verizon (my carrier) stating, "the party you are contacting is not available."
Their website is slick, but obviously from ratings/reviews just a FB scam -- avoid at all cost. They have NO Customer Service as they cannot be contacted. MIght as well throw your money out the window. Very bad."
