"After researching power assisted bicycles I ordered one from Farbike, which seems to be based in Florida but ships from the manufacturer in Washington state. The box arrived missing essential elements -- charger for the battery, pedals, and the tool kit. When I called to report the missing pieces, I expected them to be shipped 'next day air' -- but instead will have to wait another week before even trying the bike. Very disappointed by the shoddy order fulfillment and the follow-up customer service. I did enjoy receiving a nice discount on the price -- but I'd have paid the extra $45 to get all the parts in one delivery instead of having a partially assembled bike in my living room for the next week."
