"Farebuzz agents send you in circles, gaslight, pass on the responsibility, are misleading and at times untruthful. My flights got canceled/changed and Farebuzz downgraded my seats, even my paid upgrades were not honored with the flight changes. The specific airlines I was flying on couldn't help and said it was up to the "booking" agency to make the corrections. I spent weeks working with Farebuzz and their postponement of confirming seats and pattern of behavior was overall unethical. Blocking my email address and disconnecting my phone calls. They didn't honor their own policies and promises that their own agents agreed too. Very disappointed. Do not use this booking agency."

"I purchased a ticket, received a ticket number, made plans around the reservations. Then I recieved an email saying they cancelled my reservations. I called customer service, which is in New Deli India. They claimed they tried to get a hold of me and left voicemails, which was a lie. The only email I received was saying they had cancelled the flight. But my card was charged and I'm still waiting for a refund. The funny thing was after I told them how I felt about the way the do business he tried very hard to sell me another flight. Which was about $150 more than the original. So I summary Farebuzz, or Unfarebuzz as I like to call it, is an India business selling tickets here in the U.S. And do not operate under the same expections of U.S. Businesses. "

"The ticket prices were slightly lower than other sites and that was about the only positive thing. One of our passengers was issued the same ticket number as one of the travelers so we had to buy a ticket at the airport so she could board. After we got back from our trip I called farebuzz for a refund and they said the ticket issue was a computer error and that they were going to give me about $20 less than what I had paid for her ticket - claiming that it was a technical error and the ticket prices were computed wrong. Even though I had a receipt with the breakdown from them they said it showed less in their system so thats what I was going to get. $20 does not seem like much to be mad at but that's just not how you do business. This company came highly reccomended from my travel agent but after dealing with them I'd be too afraid to pay for a fake ticket and never get my money back. Stay away."

"As a travel agent I use Farebuzz to research and book my customers flights. I can check many airline rates at once to find the best prices for my customers. They also allow our agency ticket fee to be added in so the client does not have to pay that by check or cash.

Their air rates are competitive
