"RIP-OFF. sold me a fake Gucci! It's literally a $10 cheap knock-off. My husband didn't know any better when he bought it as a gift. Trying to return it according to their return policy. Nobody answers the phone. No return call when leaving a message....which is a cell phone I think. What company greeting says "press 2 to send a numeric page"??? The "send a message" link doesn't work & no email address is listed. The phone number listed on my bank charge is disconnected. I filed a BBB complaint and called Gucci's NY headquarters to report them. I hope to see my BBB complaint reflect on their BBB score soon!!
