"Where do I begin. This has been the worse internet shopping experience of my life and a very costly learning lesson. I placed my order, they took my money and I have no merchandise. 1 month later no communication from them. All you can do is live chat, since as of 12/20 there phone is disconnected and after further investigation there isnt an address listed on the website only Glenville, CA. They don't respond to inquiry emails and as soon as you ask a question re: status of your order with live chat Sindy or Jacob ( apparently the only two people who work for the company)dissappear. I am 100% sure I will not receive my order and now I have the headache of working with my credit card company to get my money refunded. Merry Freakin Christmas.. Thanks to them my boyfriend never got his Christmas present because I was out $250 dollars!"
"This company is the absolute worst ever and I would not recommend purchasing from them as I still have not received my item that cost me $320 plus $18.99 for Shipping. I was given a tracking # for USPS a week ago and was told it was shipped and I cannot track it with the # and feel I was given a fake tracking # so I would stop calling the phone # of which is now disconnected. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and apparently their based out of Toronto, though the website's say California. Not sure, but I think this is a fraudulent company making money off of Holiday online shoppers like myself. It is the 27th and there is still no indication that I will ever receive my item or be refunded my money if I don't receive it."
