I don't know why it came with 2 parcels and their customer service explained that in order to satisfy the customers to the most extend, they'll ship the items once some of them prepared well. "I used to see advertisement for this website everyday on Facebook. I couldn't believe the prices I've seen "but" I was very skeptical. My friend at work had a shirt and I asked where he got his retros from and he told me about the site I was skeptical about. I'd rather pay $70 bucks or less for replicas that are 100% exact as the "real" ones. Honestly, you "really" can't tell the difference.The prices are amazing and the service is great. "I placed an order for 12 items on 3/7/18. The first shipment of 4 items was sent out in 4/6/18. The tracking number provided didn’t not work so I was unable to track its progress. They tracked it and said I should contact my local post office. My post office never received this shipment. My items have been lost. The second part of the order was shipped with 2 items that were received with no problem. The third part was for one item that is supposed to be delivered on 5/18/18. I’m unable to track this order as the tracking number provided is invalid. The final portion for the remaining 5 items has not even been shipped yet! Every time I ask, i am told that the items will be shipping in 48 hours. The last inquiry was a week ago. Again, this order was placed over 2 months ago and so far I’ve received 2 out of 12 items, 4 items are lost, 1 is supposedly on its way and the other 5 are in limbo. Not to mention the refund I previously wrote about that I never received and was asked to provide unnecessary information for. (very fishy) I will never order from them again, I’ve had a horrible experience! Costumer service does respond but it takes days, even weeks to get a response from them and it’s not very helpful when they say 48 hours and a week later you’re still waiting. "
