"I tried to order a dress from fashionmia. It looked cute, so I ordered it online. When a month and a half passed without its arrival, I contacted their support team. They responded "oh, sorry, that item was lost in the warehouse." When I asked for a refund, they tried to give me store credit, saying that they'd "refunded" my "fashionmia wallet". I'm just glad that I actually thought to check with their customer support team--otherwise, they'd just have stolen my money and never sent a dress out.
