"Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures. Their inventory is not updated, so most is out of stock. Only the website will let you order as if the item(s) are available, but instead after months waiting you'll get an email asking you to pick a replacement item. If you ask for a refund as I did, they will tell you your refund will be available in 5-7 days. Two weeks later you call the out of country number to find out there is no customer service, just an option to leave a voice mail with a call back number. No one ever calls you back. The other contact option, via email...where you embark in a hellish game of how many times can they bull **** you. When they do give you a "refund," they state it is in your "my wallet." "My wallet," is a clever way the company acts like they have completed your refund request but instead, the money is in a virtual store credit, that is not even accessible. And why would you want to reorder merchandise, they don't have to send you!! It has been four months still waiting on my refund. Last email stated, please excuse the delay, but currently we are processing claims from May???!! What, we are still in April, so are they a whole year behind!???! Save yourself the heartache, stress, and your hard earned money...and keep it in your wallet"
"I was absolutely flabbergasted to discover a website in Fashionmia which had clothes and accessories which looked exactly like authentic designer products, especially the handbags which I have a particular penchant for! I bought my second one today the prices are outrageously affordable for what the products look like and feel like and I will only buy my handbags here in future!!!

"Clothing just as shown on the website. More than reasonable delivery times. Would definitely pay close attention to measurements. Sizing is much smaller than in North America, but a quick measuring does the trick. Great customer service when I emailed with a question. Would recommend for sure."

"Order placed before Thanksgiving 2016, order received end of December 2016, returned all items before the due date i have it registered mail to make sure they received it before the end date, order was around $99. Up until now all they said is I apologize we are still working on your refund and I hope I understand. The last email received was 3/28/17, stating pls allow the refund between 3/31-4/25. They have asked their colleague to speed up the process. They have informed me this several time, they have been prolonging the refund process, up until now I don't see it back in my card. In the beginning they want to give me a credit instead of putting the money back how I paid for it, using my visa card. After 3-4 emails exchanged, they finally said yes they will return the money back to my visa. After tomorrow, I don't know what to do. I think they are a scam! I want my money back. I returned all the items before the deadline, but they wont give me my money back."
