items of similar was in stock, didnt replace or separate otrder when knew it was out of stock and ship other items, it went a full 30 days and slipped into auto split. i tried to resolve issue to replace item, they only answer 1 question a day or ack and forth ... so in a week you can go back and for times. its painful. there was a 2$ difference in similar but upgrade product but they didnt upgrade for error or apologize and send replace, tried to bill me for another 2 and change. bad handling, auto processing, long delay horrible cust serv.
