"On Feb. 5, 2018, I ordered and paid coil heads at Fasttech. I did not receive this delivery until today.

On Feb. 23, 2018, Fasttech informed me that my articles were in the hands of the customs authorities. So it's my business now to take care of this package, because it arrived in my country tegarding to the tracking result.

After that, I investigated at the customs and the post offices. It turned out that my goods had never arrived at customs.
On May 22, 2018, the post office informed me by email the shipment had been on the way back to China since some weeks. The post office did not have the opportunity to submit my parcel to customs because Fasttech's customs declaration was obviously wrong or incomplete.

When I informed Fasttech that the shipment was on its way back to China, I received a similar message from Fasttech. But I would not receive a full refund, Fasttech would have to charge postage of $4.35. This would be their "policy" in their FAQ.

WTH?? I ordered, paid, Fasttech does not deliver, I did nothing wrong, but I have to pay $4.35 for nothing? Incidentally, this "policy" is only written in their FAQ but not in the Terms and Conditions of Fasttech, so it has obviously no legal meaning.

The subsequent correspondence with the so-called customer support of Fasttech was as usual unsuccessful. They should call it "Fasttech-Support" that fits much better.

And no, Fasttech, I won't contact your "support" again. That's a clueless bunch, if you ask me."
