"I ordered a 10 packages of a certain brand of cotton they sent me one of what I actually ordered and 9 of the incorrect brand, also the wire I ordered which was supposed to be nichrome they sent me nickel and is now trying to tell me that the package change when it is clearly marked nickel not nichrome.
