"I purchased a few orders from FastTech recently and one of the items (heat gun) in my second order was defective so I contacted them through their ticket system to let them know about it. I was helped by a lady named Yuki, she was very friendly, professional and helpful. It took a few days to get it sorted out but FastTech did the right thing which was provide same item replacement or equivalent store credit for other items. I decided to go with the store credit because the product I purchased was a lot lower quality than I originally anticipated. I wasn't required to ship back the defective heat gun since the shipping was too expensive and also the reason why they couldn't provide refund and offered me store credit instead. I got very delayed with my repair work and had to purchase a more expensive replacement locally but I wasn't upset because the service I received was excellent and that matters to me. I wanted to mention that I'm an long time DealExtreme customer, but with FastTech I only purchased a few times from them and I have say I'm so really darn impressed with so many things. I have 2 DX orders that still hasn't arrived and it's already been close to 2 months! Both my FastTech orders arrived within 3 weeks and this is the first time I had an issue with an item. With DX there has been so many times where something arrived damaged or defective. I have to say after this experience, I'm pretty sure who to go with for all future gadgets and tool purchases. "

"I've bought quite a few things from FT. For the most part, everything is pretty top notch for getting more than you paid for. I've only had one incomplete order out of almost a dozen, which was entirely the manufacturers fault and FT customer service handled it with professionalism.
Other than the obvious slow shipping due to everything coming from China, I would absolutely recommend FT."
