I can't cancel SKUs inside their own system with vanilla/up-to-date browsers and I have to wait for customer service to do so. The next thing is that expected SKUs that are ordered to ship will most of the time never be in stock and will take almost a month to ship for niche items. If you can't get the item because a manufacturer refuses to build three of some items, don't allow buyers to order the SKU with less than the quantity expected, it sets the customer with an expectation of delivery but Fasttech would rather like to keep your money and not give you the service you deserve until you force yourself to contact them. This combination of services is the worst nightmare you can expect as an e-Shopping customer. I'd rather wait a month through private sellers on Aliexpress than FastTech, and that's saying enough."
