"As ordering from overseas, it's expected that you're going to have to wait a while, so it's not abnormal for shipments to have to wait to come into their warehouse before they ship and because of the prices, to have to wait a bit more still, in order to get the product. That being said, I have yet to have any issues from the product I receive, save for the sometimes expected quality control flaw."

"Firstly, I've ordered numerous times from FastTech and have never had a single issue. They have long been my go to store for LED flashlights, 18650 batteries, chargers, etc. This time I ordered a USB inspection camera for a friend. When I received the package, I discovered it was missing the supposedly included wifi/battery box. I took a few pics of the contents and opened a ticket. I received a response a few days later saying that based on the weight of the package, the battery box was most definitely shipped in the package and that I should double check the contents. Like duh, did they really think I could somehow miss this big white battery box? After several more back and fourths and them still insisting that the full contents of the package were included, they asked if the post man had actually delivered the package to my hand or left it in the mailbox. WTF? Were they now trying to suggest the mailman or somebody else opened the package, removed the battery box, resealed the package and put it back in my mailbox minus the battery box? It was at this point I basically said screw it, I'm not getting a resolution here and closed my ticket. Rest assured though, they won't have to worry about me placing another order."
