" Не так давно начал пользоваться сайтом и в целом очень доволен. Все удобно,оперативно,вежливо ). В случае нештатных ситуаций решения принимаются быстро . Это относится и к возврату денежных средств в случае необходимости. Для клиента очень важный момент при удаленном общении.
Из недостатков хотел бы обратить внимание на не очень удобный поиск по категориям. Если имеется большое количество страниц,то невозможно сразу перейти на какую-то определенную,только "листать" по очереди. Утомляет ). Еще непонятно почему деньги за отмененный заказ(или его часть) нельзя оставить на сайте в виде сертификата(как было раньше). Ведь удобно-же всем!
Но в целом,повторюсь,все на высоком и современном уровне. Создателям - зачет!"
