"A big thank you for great customer service. The plants I bought a few weeks back didn’t do very well, you guys didn’t miss a beat to replace them for me after some verifications. The plants are of great quality and the staff was very pleasant to work with. Thank you. "
"This is my second order and was just as pleasant as the first. My Avocado tree arrived early, healthy and happy and seems to be adjusting well. "
"I have ordered from Fastgrowing tress before and have been a happy customer. My last order though was a disaster. Both the palm and the peace Lily arrived deceased. "
"Plants arrived deceased. Very good customer service though. "
"I’ve used Fast Growing Trees a few times now and each time I’ve ordered from them the plants that I’ve received were in good condition. The last order I received from them was a bit concerning because I haven’t had them package the plants like this before. Typically each plant has its own box but my last order had all 3 in one and I found my Dragon Fruit Cactus to have damage you the main stalk and it was actually severed. I’m attempting to grow the severed piece as a cutting from the plant. Some plants came already bearing fruit, I plan on using them more for when I update my garden."
"My three trees were delivered quickly. They were well packed and look amazingly healthy. This was my first order with Fast Growing Trees, but it will definitely not be my last. "
"I recently purchased a swiss cheese and fiddle fig tree plant from fastgrowingtrees. The plants were well wrapped together in one larger box. However, both plants had multiple leaves that were ripped which effects the aesthetics of the plant. Hopefully the ripped leaves will not effect cause the plants to die but I am worried. I most likely will try to purchase the plants in person next time to manage the shipping process unless the plants rebound from the ripped leaves."
"Shipped and delivered quickly. Packed very well. One box was smashed and opened on the end but fed ex attempted to tape it up. Didn’t notice damage to trees. Soil was moist and packed well so it was not messy to open. The Haas trees seem to be much pickier about getting used to their new environment indoors. So far most leaves have fallen off. Have kept away from direct heat vents and moved closer to humidifiers. Hopefully will help. "
"I ordered a $99 bamboo tree and it is in deep distress. The photo shows a mature tree which I thought I was buying, but what I got was a very young, ungroomed, yellow leafed sapling. I’m sure the cast iron plant was beautiful and his package but by the time it arrived every single leaf had been torn and one leaf was completely necrotic. Customer service is replacing the cast iron plant, but I’m not sure the second will arrive in any better condition. The website let me to believe that it would be a two day delivery but it was actually more than seven. Had I known that the plants are being shipped from so far away I wouldn’t have purchased them. I’m not sure that they can be reliably package in a way that keeps them healthy when they are being shipped so far in for so long"
"My weeping willow is planted. With all the rain we are having it settled nicely.
Looking forward to watching it grow through out the years to come.
It arrived safely and wrapped perfectly with no damage.
Thanks !! "
"Wide selection, competitive pricing, prompt shipping, and tree arrived healthy and as described!"
"The plants al arrived in good condition!!"
"This is the fourth lemon tree I have ordered. One for myself a couple of years ago and three for friends that always admire my tree. It is a perfect gift for friends and definitely a gift that keeps on giving. Website is easy to use, shipping is prompt and all of the trees I have ordered have arrived in great condition. Thanks FastGrowing Trees! "
"I ordered a 2 gallon Pomegranite $49.00 and 2 Stevens Cranberry plants $39.00 each.
The Pomegranite was shipped in a 9 inch pot, but must have been removed from a 6-7 inch pot and placed in the bigger pot. The root ball was compact with dirt around it, so it certainly wasn't grown in that pot. The plant was a scraggly bush about 2 ft tall - nothing but a rip off. My local nursery would not call this even a 1 gallon plant.
The Steven's Cranberry plants were shipped without the pots - but must have been in 4 inch pots and the plants were 1 1/2 inches tall and 1 1/2 inch in diameter. 3 little branches that looked half dead.
Do not buy from this company - there solution was to refund shipping charges. Horrible customer service for a poor product that was overpriced. I guess they were low on plants so I ended up with the "yard waste""
