"We ordered from Fast Growing Trees earlier in 2018, the trees ended up spending the weekend in the delivery company’s warehouse so several of the trees did not survive. We had paid for the 1 year warranty so when I called and explained the situation, we were given credit in a gift certificate to order whatever we wanted. I used the gift certificate as well as the promo code for free shipping and also specified to ship on Monday so we would get the trees by Friday and are now anxiously waiting for the latter part of next week when we receive our shipment. The trees that survived are very healthy looking and have established themselves...now until next spring after spending a Wyoming winter will tell the rest of the story!"
