"Instead of placing an order and having it delivered we had to reach out to find out where it was, then shipping kept it in a hot truck or warehouse another day. We also received two evergreens we didn’t order so we then had to contact them about what to do about them, they were very generous and told us to keep them but after further research they might not do well here in central Florida, just hope our rainbow eucalyptus makes it."

"Following up on my review of April 16, 2020, they shipped me a new Mulberry tree to replace the one that was shipped too early for my area, as we still had nights in the 20's. By early May, it was obvious that the original tree would not survive as its trunks were all dying out. They sent a replacement tree was bigger than the original. I only planted it a few days ago, but it seems to be showing new growth that looks very healthy. In summary, they did honor their guarantee by replacing the tree. I will see how it does in the coming weeks as it adapts to this environment, but so far it looks good."

"Still waiting on my order after a month. When I inquired, I was told it was shipped but that it just never arrived. This seems disingenuous as a shipping label was printing, but never activated with a departure scan. I was told a new order was placed, but have not received shipping confirmation. "
"My roses arrived in rough shape. It was obvious that the shipper had not followed the instructions (clearly marked on the box) "This side up" so most the soil was in the plant bag and in the shipping box, not in the plant container. This meant that the plants weren't receiving moisture because the roots were fully exposed and with the heat of shipping, the plants were extremely wilted. And because they were being dumped into each other in the shipping carton, both plants suffered many, many broken branches. HOWEVER, when I contacted Customer Service, they immediately put in an order to send me two more of the same plants!! No questions. I had pictures of the issues with the original plants, but they said it wasn't necessary! With customer service like this, I will definitely use Fast Growing Trees again! Can't wait to get in my new rose bushes!"
