"Have you ever made an error of omission so colossally stupid that you would have paid anything to fix it - just so you would not have to admit it to your friends and family? Fast Passport Center can make that happen for you. On Sunday, I realized that my passport would expire in 2 weeks. My flight was Monday evening at 7pm. Fast Passport Center took my call on Sunday evening, and explained that if I made it there by 7:30 am Monday with the right documents, I could get my passport in time for my flight. It worked! It was very expensive but worth it. It's clear that you can get an expedited passport yourself and save some money, but these guys do it every day and anticipate everything that might hold up the process. For instance, they had me sign the forms about six times until my signatures matched my driver's license and old passport, because mismatched signatures can hold up processing, apparently. It also seems unlikely that most people would be able to get a next day appointment themselves - the earliest appointment I could get out of the automated system was for much later in the week. Everyone I dealt with, including Jamie, the agent who helped me, was very professional and competent. The customer service was in every way commensurate with a transaction that cost over 400 dollars total (including the passport agency fees). They seem to be doing very well in search results and online reviews, and as far as I can tell they deserve it. I received an email asking for a review, and I was happy to oblige."
