Coltin said to send photos and a picture of the label and they would start an investigation.What is this a crime scene. No longer a customer service phone number. I guess too many complaints.Only e-mail.Never heard back so put in a claim with my credit card company to remove the charge.NEVER,NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. 2- I paid 26.99 for 1day shipping it shipped on 7/5 and it doesn’t say I will receive it till 7/12. ( that doesn’t sound like express shipping to me) THE WEBSITE STATE EXPRESS SHIPPING IS 1 day
3- I also was offered free express shipping when checking out but it never discounted it
4- George in customer service is rude. I wrote and email to Try and figure out what I can do with this fiasco and he only addressed my order not being here in 1 business day and told me they have processing time and didnt address that the product has already shipped and that it won’t be to my house in 1 business day which is what is processed.

"The big decal looked great until if fell of the wall 3 months later, stuck to itself, and then tore when we tried to flatten it out. No replacement after 21 days, so that was a waste of $70."
"Buyer beware. Quality has gone way down hill. I ordered a Fathead on 09/16/2020. This was the exact same fathead I had previously. I had on my wall for about 10 years. I put the new fathead in the same location as the old one. I followed all of the instructions to install the new fat head. It has already pealed off the wall several times. It has stuck to itself in a few areas and is ruined. I am not sure what the issue is here since the first fat head (same model as the new one) lasted so long and this did not last 3 months. I feel like 82.67 is a lot of money for a product to last 3 months. I contacted them and all they did was offer 20% off another purchase."

"I ordered an item on April 21st which I needed on May 22nd. Customer Service gave me the run around for over a month. Then when my item arrived (June 3rd), it was extremely damaged. I still haven't been able to get them to respond to my emails. Don't bother calling, they drop your call after a prerecorded message. Extremely Disappointing! "
"Hello, I am writing a review in the hopes that no one else will be ignored or treated as poorly as I have been. I ordered a custom Fathead on May 18th for my sons high school graduation parade that was to take place on May 27th. The company gives you 1 hr. to cancel your order which isn't much time but I paid an extra $20 for 2 day shipping so I felt that I would have it in time. On Friday May 22nd I received an email that it would be delayed due to COVID 19. I called the customer service phone number which is only a recording, no live person and no way to leave a message. They say to email customer service and you will receive a response in 24 - 48 hours. I emailed my issue and asked that they cancel the order if it will not arrive in time.
No response, I called and emailed 4 more times but no response. They auto approved my proof because I did not approve the proof, I emailed them to cancel it. Still no response. They then shipped it and 48 hours later emailed me back that they apologize for the delay but hope that we enjoy the fathead . No comments about my continual requests for a response or refund. Shame on them for not responding to me, for taking our $63 dollars for a product that is no longer needed. We all understand that processing times are affected by COVID 19, but state that on your website or when you take peoples money for quicker shipping. This is about ethical treatment of people and good business practices. I have 4 other children and had they responded to us and refunded the money they would have earned a client for life. But apparently $63 is more important than our order at a time when our high school graduates have had enough disappointment. Shame on them for ignoring our responses and having no way to call someone in the company to talk to. BUYER BEWARE"
"My daughter is in 8th grade. The principal just emailed the parents saying the school wanted to put big head pictures of the kids on the lawn so everyone at the school would see these graduates when they rode through the parking lot to pick up their items on the last day of school. I would only have six days to get the fathead. I knew time was tight, but with 2 days processing and paying extra for 2 days shipping, I would get the fathead in time. I accept full responsibility that I thought the processing time was 2 days. When I received my confirmation email, it said "five days." I immediately called and emailed the company to see if I could step up the shipping and to see if they thought the product would make it to me in time. I got disconnected, I was on hold for 30 minutes, I left two messages and emails asking if someone could just answer that question for me. If it wasn't going to make it in time, I would need to order from another company or make my own. They promise a call or email within in 24 hours. It's now been 3 days. I am very disappointed. All I wanted to know is if they thought it would make it in so I could have a backup plan. My experience with this company is not good. I will not order from them again. "
"Order wasn't received until three days after the event that I needed these for. Paid for express two day shipping. They refuse to give a refund of any kind--even just for the express shipping. Their express shipping is NOT express shipping at all. They have made absolutely no effort to make this right. The customer service is terrible and I will never support this business again. "
"I bought 2 large fathead as gifts. After 3 months one peeled off from the wall and hung loosely. Smoothing it back up several times wasn't doing the trick. Basically it stuck to itself and had to be thrown out by the gift receiver. I contacted fathead customer service and was told that they cant do anything for me because I did not have pictures of the damaged cling. Who takes photos of something before they trash it?
Well that's their policy and they were unwilling to help me! Do yourself a favor and stay away from these overpriced wall clings!"
"I sent them some pictures which were admittedly of mediocre quality so then began the journey to reject the proofs and move on. So I cancelled everything, which was ridiculously hard. Hours on the phone and tons of emails and chat later , and they insist on charging me for bad products that were not delivered on timely basis. Can't get thru on the weekdays and the very nice folks working on Saturdays don't seem to need a manager present.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM. You will regret it."
"Son really, really wanted a fathead, I however, think their prices are ridiculous for a piece of plastic. Tried several times to activate the 10% off by signing up for Fathead Nation. Discount code didn't go through until I signed up the 4th time! And then it was just 5% off, not 10% like it was supposed to be. Tried the "live chat" two times and the operators (Unequa and Zack) either took 10 minutes to reply or just plain ended the chat in the middle. Screw ya'll. I'll keep my $100. And $20 to ship a piece of plastic in the US? Stupid. "
"The Frozen characters I got for my granddaughters Christmas present wouldn't stick to the wall in her bedroom. We even repainted thinking the texture may be the problem. Eventually we called the company and was told to try a spray adhesive."

"They sent me a wrong item in addition to the one I purchased. I called them up to let them know and they told me Since it was sent in error I have to send it back. I have no problem sending it back but it should not be on me to have to find a UPS store to drop it off. If I cannot find a UPS store close by, are they going to charge me? I will never go through them again. Product is alright but their customer service is POOR."
