"READ THEIR RETURNS POLICY.
Yes they have cheap prices but they're unwilling to budge on their 25% returns policy (PLUS shipping) which is thievery at that amount. Nobody at their company could explain why, even though I cancelled the order hours after placing it, 25% had to be charged (usual companies are 10-15%, dept. stores free) and despite wanting to place an order with them for another sink of higher value, they were not willing to cut some slack. So I went elsewhere and found the same $280 sink for $3 but free shipping!!!
They have lost a customer. They have lost money (apart from my stolen 25%) and I'll let as many people know about it as I can. Do business with more ethical companies instead of this.

"I want anyone who reads this to be aware of Faucetline's return policy when you make a mistake or are sent an incorrect product.
When you tell them what you need and you order online and it is incorrectly filled they charge a 15% restocking fee and they are not even the people who handle the item...I ordered a grid for a sink and the company who made it sent me a grid where the hole to acess the disposal was in the wrong place (off center), I called the manufacturer and they were extremely helpful, they even sent a call tag to pick it up however they were unaware of the fact that Faucetline was making money on the "mistake".
I called and spoke to Michael at Faucetline several times and he was extremely repugnant and surly, telling me that they had to pay people as well as credit card servers, he even asked me if I thought people worked for free...I told him that when you make a mistake you don't charge people restocking fees if you have nothing to do with even touching the product...if Amerisink with whom I dealt had asked for a fee I would have been fine with that knowing that they had done all the work, but he did nothing but act as a middle man...I would be leary to deal with Faucetline, there are plently of other suppliers for items on the Internet...I will be reporting them to the BBB for poor service, insulting behavior as well as rudely interacting with me..."

"I googled and found the lowest price for the Pegasus 49" glass sink at FaucetLine.com. It displayed $110 for the item and $140 for shipping but the webpage said to email for a discount on combined shipping if I was buying 2 or more. I emailed them to ask for the quote and wow, they changed the price to $387 each but gave me $140 for combined shipping. My new total became $914 instead of the original $500. I'm not so sure I can trust this vendor. At this point, they became the most expensive purchase on the web, and in addition they marked it as clearance and non-returnable on their webpage. Very very shady."
