"Avoid making the same mistakes we did - Fausink.com is awful. Their prices are excellent, but their service is the worst online! Sent the wrong sink the day after I placed the order, then it took 3 weeks to receive the correct sink. Ordered my faucet the same day - still have NOT received it! And no tracking information! They refuse to contact UPS for tracking information, and refuse to supply tracking numbers. "
"I think there prices are good, but their customer service is TERRIBLE. One rep told me they would price match an item and ship it out the next day. A week later I didn't receive the order. I called back, they said they didn't ship it out because they decided not to price match (but no one told me). After a lengthy conversation, they decided to match the price of another e-tailer. It was supposed to ship the same day, a week later no product. I e-mailed them three times for a status report - no response. I called and left a voice mail - no response. I finally got through to someone and they said the item was back ordered and would be sent in 5 more days. I called back in 5 more days (today), and was told it would take another 3 days before it could ship.
I had purchased from Fausink in the past with excellent results, but this most recent purchase was terrible - and as of today I still do not have the item.

They told me it would be shipped overnight on Thursday 8/30 so I would receive it on 8/31. I had the plumber here to install everything Friday afternoon, and - suprise suprise - it never arrived on Friday. I paid the plumber his service call fee ($65) and sent him home.
It is doubtful I will purchase from Fausink again in the future.

I still have not received my product. My credit card was billed three weeks ago.
I contacted Fausink yesterday (Tuesday) asking them what the delay was, they said they would get back to me, and as of Wednesday evening, I still have not received an answer.

I called them last Thursday, finally got through to someone, and now they are saying they have no idea when the product will ship. They keep saying that they are "checking the warehouse" every day, but why don't the CALL THE MANUFACTUER?
To make matters worse, I could hardly hear the customer service rep on the phone, because they had a DOG barking and yelping in the background. I think they might have their phones transferred to people houses to handle customer inquiries.

Well...I finally gave up and cancelled the order. Today marks the one month period since I placed the order, and my credit card was charged 30 days ago.
Even calling them to cancel the order was difficult. I called three times this morning and was told to leave a message. I called five times this evening, and on the fifth time got a live person, who transferred me to a voice mail box to leave a message. Finally, on my sixth try, I spoke to a live person who said he would take care of cancelling the order and my credit card would be credited within 48 hours. Hopefully this will be the case.

I know it's hard to believe - but I am not making this up. They told me my credit card would credited within 48 hours, which would have been Wednesday. Not so... :-(
I called them again on Thursday, and they said it would be taken care of.
Today, Friday morning, there is still no credit. Hopefully it will show up tomorrow.

I was promised, by phone, shipment within one day of ordering, and even received an email (after ordering over the Web) that my order had indeed shipped within a day. It had not. As the days wore on, I called numerous times, each time being a promised a new arrival date, which came and went without my sink.
Each so-called "customer service rep" I spoke with promised to call me back as soon as my item had actually shipped, but no one ever did as they promised.
My sink, which was supposed to ship in one day, arrived about six weeks after my order date. Luckily, my kitchen remodel was delayed, too, or I probably would have had to run out and buy any old sink from Home Depot, and then been stuck with this one, too.
