"Customer service was very disappointing because they provide a phone number but when you call for assistants it is just a message. The only way I could get ahold of them was through email, in which they were very rude to me. My order was cancelled the first time due to different shipping and mailing address and after ordering a second time with the same mailing and shipping address they still cancelled the order! I did not order a third time but a few days later I found out they had charged my credit card and mailed the order without any notice. I will not purchase from them in the future since I don't feel comfortable with them charging my credit card after they have cancelled the order."
