"The product is great but getting it is a nightmare.
Your website is very unfriendly. There is no mention about ordering too many items, too many different items, or not staying within one category.
Many categories have the same product and if you accidentally order a duplicate there's hell to pay.
Or if you order alot of things you are told they are all glass items and might not ship right, so they cancel your order. I was ordering samples, but what do they do when they get a large order of glass items?
That doesn't seem like a very good reason if their product is primarily glass anyway.
I spent hours trying to make my selections only to be told my order was cancelled.
How I got the items I received I'll never know - probably sheer luck.
If they don't want to work with sample items, they should put a disclaimer up on the site that says 10 or more obly, or something like that because that's what I really think of them. They don't want to deal in samples.
I guess they say they have some kind of disclaimer, but it's way down on the shipping page. By the time you find our about restrictions, you've already gone through the process. In their case, the customer is not always right. I have learned, all too well."
