"I was unhappy due to the order not arriving on time. When I called the rep on the phone she explained they started a new shipping system on 4-5-13 and my order was not processed. The order should have been shipped the next day and arrived at my house the weekend before I needed them. I was told it would be shipped out friday which was not exceptable since the order was needed for sat 4-13. The order came friday afternoon. When I opened the box to check the items the first one I opened was empty. I had a nicely wrapped empty box that should have had a cross key chain. I thought what are the chances that the first box I open would be empty. I called Favor Warehouse only to get a voice recording to call back during normal business hours. They are open 9-5 est I called at 3pm. I was instructed to send an email and someone would get back to me within 12 hrs. What good would that do me if I had more empty boxes. Tell my guests sorry no favor for you. My 8yr old son and I sat for over an hour opening and repacking every gift box to make sure there was a key chain inside. Did I mention there were 72 of them. Luckily all the others were ok but what a waste of time. Atleast all the guests at my sons First Holy Communion had a great time and enjoyed thier favor. I originally told 2 friends what a great deal I got. I told them do not order from them. I was not offered any compensation for the companys mistake. Come Monday I will be on the phone with Favor Warehouse to see what they will do for me now. Probably nothing since I go the order. "

"I ordered personalized lip balms from favor warehouse that looked very cute online. When they arrived however, the tins were impossible to open without prying them with a knife. Due to all the tugging and prying while trying to open them, the personalized labels fell off. Once opened the lip balm was not a pretty pink color as pictured but a muddy clear. After having some difficulty communicating with customer service I was eventually able to return them."
